Prenatal Lactation Consulting Visit:

 Visit Length: Up to 90 minutes

Conversation will be focused on the first 24 to 72 hours after delivery.

This is best for first time moms who have questions and want to get breastfeeding off to a great start. For parents who have health concerns about breast surgeries, feeding issues with a previous child or first time parents. We will look into your health history, breast exam, goal setting, feeding plan for post-birth, questions and concerns addressed.

Self Pay Discounted Rate:

In Office: $150

Virtual Visits: Billed hourly at a rate of $120/hour for Virtual

(visit that exceed 1 hour are billed $60 for each additional half hour)

Visit Length: 60 minutes to 90 minutes

Conversation focused on your current needs and concerns. Full history of mother and infant, weighted feed, latch and position help, infant oral assessment, lactation therapy, plan of care, questions and concerns addressed, emotional support, communication with providers. ***Includes 2 weeks of follow-up via secure messaging

New Patient: Mom and Baby Visit:

Conversation focused on changes to plan of care, new issues and concerns.

 Extensions of the initial visit, monitoring infant and maternal progress, weighted feed, lactation therapy, plan of care, questions and concerns addressed, emotional support, communication with providers. ***Includes 2 weeks of follow-up via secure messaging

Virtual Lactation Consultation Visit:

 Visit Length: 60 minutes

This is a great option to discuss pump questions, flange fitting, emotional support, transitioning to multiple children and counsel specific issues.

When booking a virtual visit, please make sure you have a quiet space with good lighting, come prepared with a list of questions, send any necessary provider reports/ pictures/ videos ahead of time (24 hours if possible)

Return to Work with Bottle Introductions and Bottle-Feeding Issues Visit:

 Visit Length:  45 minutes to 90 minutes

Conversation focused on preparing or currently working outside the home or parents who are ready to introduce a bottle and begin pumping. Includes how to use your breast pump, flange fitting, review of milk storage and handling, bottle-feeding tips, and strategies to protect your supply while working. This visit does not cover breastfeeding assessment or breastfeeding issues. ***Includes 2 weeks of follow-up via secure messaging

Weight and Well Check:

Visit Length: 30 minutes

Conversation focused on health, new issues or concerns.

Home Visit: $50

Breast Pump Consults

 Visit Length:  30 minutes to 60 minutes

This visit is great for parents that are pumping or are ready to begin pumping. We will assess the fit or your pump flanges and ensure your pump is working properly for you. Tips to help make pumping more effective and most important more comfortable. This session does not include a breastfeeding or milk supply assessment.

RESTRICTED TETHERED ORAL TISSUES (TOTS/TIES) PREPARATION AND PRE/POST RELEASE:

 Visit Length:  Up to 90 minutes

Preparation Support:

Conversation focused on education of tongue/lip/buccal ties, preparation and understand options for oral restrictions. Help with your journey of healing form a release.

Oral assessment, lactation therapy specific to your baby (playful exercises in preparation of the procedure). Education on how to stretch the wound post-release, position and latch assistance. Emotional support for release of TOTS journey, questions and concerns addressed, plan of care, communication with providers and specialist. ***Includes 2 weeks of follow-up via secure messaging

Frenectomy Procedure Support: Up to 120 minutes

IBCLC support with you in office of chosen tongue tie provider. Latch and position help Pre & Post op. Counsel and emotional support.***Includes 2 weeks of follow-up via secure messaging
